Top 5 Summer Festivals in Knoxville

Looking for a way to beat the heat this summer? Here are our top 5 picks for Summer festivals in Knoxville this year:

Southern Tequila and Taco Festival

Our first summer festival recommendation is The Southern Tequila and Taco Festival, it’s the perfect way to kick off the beautiful early summer weather here in Knoxville! The fun begins on Friday, April 29th and doors open at 6pm. This summer festival will host over 50 different vendors of tequila, including some of the biggest brands in the world, as well as plenty of food vendors bringing you the best taste in Eastern Tennessee. Not to mention this is all for a great cause as the event raises money for RAM which delivers medical supplies to inaccessible regions around the world. So if you’re looking to taste hand-crafted tequilas, margaritas, cocktails and beer, listen to some great music & eat some tacos, make sure to check out the Southern Tequila and Taco Festival on April 29th!

Southern Skies Music Festival

What says summer more than music? Up next, the Southern Skies music festival is the place to be if you want to enjoy great music here in Knoxville this summer. It takes place in World’s Fair Park from 2 – 10pm on May 14. There will be a lineup of 6 musical acts along with food trucks, craft beer, specialty cocktails, and more.
